2. Am I charged for a site survey?

No!  There is no charge to come out and survey your location.

3. What are the rates of your Wireless Internet?

Rates starting at $49.00 monthly for wireless. Please see our Rate Plans page for more detailed information.

4. How fast is CorpraNETs Wireless Internet?

Speeds ranging from 384 Kbps/sec to 5 Mbps/sec.

5. Do I get any other features with the CorpraNET Wireless Internet?

Yes! Every wireless connection gets 5 email accounts, 5 MB personal web space,
and a complimentary dial up account.

6. Am I limited to how long I can be online?

A wireless connection is always on.  Our dial up service,
however, is not.
You must disconnect to give others a chance to log on.

7. What areas do you cover for dial up access?

We have coverage in the follow areas;
Nixa-Ozark-Springfield (any # that can call Springfield as a local call)Fair Grove, Buffalo, Urbana, Preston, Pittsburg, Crosstimbers,

8. What kind of technical support does CorpraNET provide?

CorpraNET provides unlimited phone and e-mail support to its customers.  
We respond to most support e-mails within 30 minutes of receiving them.
We also have a toll free tech-support number (877-884-2366) for your convenience.

9. How do I set up my email/dial up connection?

10. Can I check my email away from home?

Yes. CorpraNET provides an alternative way to check email from any browser
on any Internet-connected machine when you are away from home.
You will use your CorpraNET Username and Password to log in. You will find that WebMail
has all of the basic functionality of a standard email program. For your convenience,
all email viewed in WebMail will remain on our email servers until you physically delete it.
You can delete email from within WebMail, or simply
retrieve it with your regular email program
